Delivery charges
Delivery is complimentary when your product subtotal after discounts exceeds €44, or $44 for orders delivered to the United States.
The qualifying minimum is €44.01 or $44.01, respectively. The offer applies across our product range, including eligible STATEMENT pairs priced at €45 or $45.
For orders that do not qualify, standard delivery is €10, converted where applicable. The United States checkout may also display a paid standard delivery option alongside complimentary delivery.
Any delivery charge applicable to your selection is displayed before payment. Shipping availability depends on your destination.
United States delivery estimates
Estimated transit for accessories and clothing delivered to the United States is 8–12 business days after dispatch.
STATEMENT money clips require an additional 3–5 days of production before dispatch.
Transit estimates exclude preparation and production time and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow for these stages when ordering for a gift or a particular occasion.
For destinations outside the United States, contact store@thevanecompany.com before ordering to confirm the delivery estimate applicable to your items.
Tracking and order details
Where tracking is available, we will provide it with your dispatch information. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delays and delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the issue and assist you directly.
Any delivery date expressly agreed with you and your mandatory rights concerning delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected. Where required by law, we will obtain your agreement to a revised delivery date or provide the appropriate cancellation and refund.
Taxes and import charges
Taxes or import charges collected at checkout are identified before payment. Do not assume that charges not identified as included are covered by the displayed product price.
If the treatment of import charges is unclear for your destination, contact us before ordering so the applicable delivery terms can be confirmed.
